Apartment Application Form

Please provide all the information on the rental application form based on official documents. For example, use the name and address as indicated on your passport and residence card.

When applying, we will require an emergency contact information for a person residing in Japan (regardless of nationality).

For students:

1. Upload a photo of your residence card (after entry to japan) and passport photo (before entry to japan).

2. Submit a certificate of acceptance, enrollment permission, or student identification.

3. Provide a certificate of eligibility (COE).

4. If available, bank statement in English

For non-students:

1. Upload a photo of your residence card (after entry to japan) and passport photo (before entry to japan).

2. Submit an offer letter or employment certificate.

3. Submit the most recent three months of salary slips or the most recent withholding tax certificate.

4. If you are on a Working Holiday visa, include the visa page and bank statement in English.
